This program is highly specialized to each individual. It's hand tailored to meet your specific needs, where you are at today, and tracks your overall health and wellness on a holistic scale. This is not necessarily a weight loss or diet program. Through the initial consultation YOU will determine what aspect(s) of your health and/or wellness you want to work on. In your session we will discuss the ways in which I can help you succeed along your journey to a happier, healthier you. This membership gives you 2 personal, 1 on 1 meetings with Kelly per month for 3 months.
