Hi! My name is Jen Rosnau I have been in the Health and Wellness industry for over 14 years. I started working out to increase my confidence and fell in love with the industry. I have been a certified group fitness instructor for over 14 years, certified personal trainer for 7 years and I obtained multiple specialty certifications over the years as well. I love creating unique classes for all fitness ability levels. Some of the classes I have taught over the years include Spin, Strength Training, Step Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing, HIIT style circuit classes and many more. Fitness should be fun! My goal for every participant is to feel welcome and comfortable; all classes can be structured to fit your specific needs. I look forward to meeting you all!!
