Before you build, you need a plan. The Blueprint is your introduction to the iron — covering kettlebell and barbell basics with a laser focus on technique, form, and function.

This is not a workout. This is an investment. The Blueprint is a fundamentals-only class that's held once a month and is designed to teach you how to move correctly and confidently so you're fully prepared to step onto the Strength Factory floor and into our lifting and bells classes. 

No experience needed. Just show up ready to learn, and we'll handle the rest. This is where everyday people come to build real strength.
