This is a male and female lifting class! You will learn the following lifts: bench, back squat, and the deadlift. These classes will be held three days a week with each day devoted to one of the major lifts along with accessory lifts/exercises that will help develop strength in both form and skill. It is also recommended that you attend at least 2 additional standard classes in order to up your cardio game and increase your overall results (included in your pricing). This is an on-going class with limited availability as we will only allow 16 people in, 8 per class.
