This class combines kettlebells and kickboxing. You can expect the first portion of class to be slower strength classes utilizing kettlebells to build muscle then finish with a fast paced kickboxing segment to kick up the cardio and raise your heartrate. This is the ultimate workout combination!
All men, women, and fitness levels are welcome.
