Equipment Needed: Gloves, wraps (recommended)
 A unique and challenging aerobic and strength bootcamp experience utilizing martial arts techniques combined with bodyweight and kettlebell strength exercises to increase lean body mass, improve endurance, coordination and balance. Expect a combination of high intensity and slow, controlled, strength exercises. 
All men, women, and fitness levels are welcome.
