A unique and challenging aerobic experience utilizing martial arts techniques to increase lean body mass, build stamina, and improve coordination and balance. Expect a high intensity workout that builds in difficulty. This class will start with simple hits that build into a multi-hit combination. This class may also include focus mitts, a partner style workout.
This class will not only strengthen your body; it will strengthen your mind (mental muscles) too! All men, women, and fitness levels are welcome.
